Auditing company – Tax consulting company
Founded in 2009, today’s GmbH & Co. KG was further developed in 2021 through the merger with HLB Augsburg Treuhand PartG mbB and HWP Hirner & Partner mbB to become the central company for tax consulting, auditing and business consulting.

Expansion 2024/2025
On January 2, 2024, the tax law firm Mahle & Partner mbB was merged with HLB Augsburg Schwaben GmbH & Co. The law firm, founded in 1948, brought in 20 employees and two new partners – Karl-Heinz Mahle and Andreas Mahle. Memmingen and Rot a. d.Rot have since expanded our regional consulting services. Following the merger with Müller Treuhand GmbH on January 2, 2025, Christina Graf joined HLB Augsburg Schwaben as a partner. With her team, we are now also represented in Munich.

Founded in 2019, the PartG mbB emerged from the specialized tax and corporate law team of a renowned Augsburg law firm. Since 2021, it has been operating under its current name – with the uniform HLB branding.
