In order to make the advantages of cooperation in the HLB Network visible in our corporate design, we have included the worldwide HLB branding in the names of our three companies from 2020.

HLB AUGSBURG Treuhand PartG mbB Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft was founded in 1978 and entered in the partnership register in 2001 under the name Scheidle & Partner Treuhand WPG StBG. It provides its services in the fields of Auditing and Tax Consultancy mainly to medium-sized groups of companies with international orientation.

HLB AUGSBURG PartG mbB Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer was founded in 2019 and has taken over the tax and corporate law team of a large, well-known Augsburg Law Firm. The services offered cover in particular the areas of Tax Law, especially at the interface with Commercial and Corporate law, Company Law, Corporate succession, M & A and Transformation Law.

HLB AUGSBURG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG was entered in 2009 under the name Scheidle KMU Steuerberatungsgesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG in the commercial register. It primarily offers services in the areas of annual financial statements and accounting as well as tax filings and tax consultancy for companies and individuals.

The regional borders between our locations are irrelevant. Through digital networking, all employees work under the same roof.
